Q: How do I sell my merchandise in Piranha Records?

A: We have a very organized consignment system. Simply bring us your product, fill out our consignment contract, and check back periodically to see how your merchandise is doing.

 

Q: What is the return policy on items purchased in the store?

A: If it is a new product it must be returned in the same condition as it was sold. (still wrapped, tags still attached, etc.)

If it is a used product, since we guarantee all of our used products to play (unless bought "as is"), we can exchange it for something of equal value or put the credit towards a larger purchase.

 

Q: What is the return policy for items purchased online?

A: The only returns we accept online are for defective product or if we shipped the wrong item. The product must be returned within 14 days of the original payment date and must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. Buyer's pay for the return shipping unless otherwise negotiated.

 

Q: How does the "trade" system work for used merchandise?

A: For most items our general rule is 2 OF YOUR USED PRODUCTS = 1 OF OUR USED PRODUCTS*, but you can always use that value as store credit as well.

 

Q: If I see an item listed in Piranha Records' online store, but wish to purchase it in the physical store, how do I go about doing this?

A: Come into the store and tell us which product you wanted and we'll check to see if it is still unsold. If we still have the item we will simply pull it offline and sell it for the price marked.
